国家环保产品质量监督检验中心是国内唯一一家经国家质量监督检验检疫总局依法批准设置、国家认证认可监督管理委员会认证授权的国家级环保产品质检机构，是具有第三方公正地位的法定专业质量监督检验机构，是社会公益性的非营利事业单位。中心所有检验产品和参数均通过了中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可（CNAS）和国际互认（ilac-MRA）以及国家认监委的计量认证(CMA)和审查认可(CAL)。

　　中心按ISO/IEC17025：2005建立和运行实验室质量管理体系，技术力量雄厚，检测设备齐全，固定资产总值达到2000万元。拥有一批从事检验检测、科学研究的专业技术人员，其中正高工2名，博士学位人员3名、硕士学位人员14名，有3人获国家经贸委、国家科技部、国家质检总局颁发的科技进步奖，国家质检总局优秀中青年专家1名，国家实验室评审员4名，工业产品生产许可证审查员6名，食品及食品包装质量安全审查员12名，客座专家5名。近年来，承担国家级、省级科研课题题四十余项，起草国家标准7项。

　　中心已逐步形成三大特色检验能力：一是全国质监系统唯一一家具备产地环境、农副产品及其加工品、食品及食品包装全系列，即“从农田到餐桌” 食品链全过程检测能力的检测机构；二是食品包装产品作为中心食品安全检测体系链的延伸和中心的特色检验能力得到了重点发展，目前检验技术水平居国内领先地位；三是质检系统内，全国唯一一家开展环保治理设备检验的质检机构，具有广阔的发展前景。

　　为认真落实国家质检总局“科技兴检”战略目标，中心提出并全面贯彻实施“技术带动战略”，使中心成为集检验检测、科技攻关、人才培养、技术服务为一体的技术研究和创新基地，瞄准国际水平，站在科技前沿，打造国际品牌检测机构。

中心还设有：国家环境计量检测技术研究中心、河北省环保产品质量监督检验站、河北省环境计量工程技术研究中心（省级重点实验室）。

Brief  Introduction

　　China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Environmental Protection Products (NEPP) is the only national testing center for environmental protection products in China, authorized by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, accredited by Certification and  Accreditation Administration of  the People's Republic of China. NEPP is legally set up as a third party testing organization and commonweal enterprise. All the products and parameters it tested have been certificated by  CNAS,  ilac-MRA,  CMA and CAL.

　　NEPP sets up its quality management system according to ISO/IEC17025：2005, with advanced testing instruments, and a group of experts and technicians engaging in testing and researching, among which there are 2 senior engineers, 3 doctors, 14 masters, 3 owners of national science and technology advancement awards, 1 national excellent youth expert, 4 national assessors, 6 examinants of Industrial Products Manufacture License, 12 examinants of food and package production certification, 5 visiting experts.

　　NEPP has formed 3 characteristic testing abilities: as the only testing center of the chain of food, from farmland to table , ie the environment of farm produce areas, farm produce, foodstuff and food package; as the advanced testing center of food package in China; as the only national testing center of environmental protection products.

　　In order to carry out the policy of “prosper testing system by science and technology”, NEPP put in practice a stratagem of “technology brings along development”, forming an integrated testing organization of research, testing   and counseling.
